Introducing Fully Wired: A New Approach to Adult ADHD Education

I'm excited to announce the launch of Fully Wired, an online educational program I've developed specifically for adults with ADHD.

What makes Fully Wired different? Nine specialized companion guides that address the real complexity of adult ADHD:

These comprehensive resources tackle situations where ADHD intersects with gender identity, autism, trauma, relationships, anxiety, aging, hormones, adult education, and college life. They're not surface-level overviews—they're in-depth guides for the complex realities standard treatment often overlooks.

Beyond these companion guides, Fully Wired includes six core educational modules that translate clinical neuroscience into practical frameworks for understanding and managing adult ADHD. This isn't generic productivity advice repackaged for ADHD brains. It's clinical-grade education designed to help adults become informed participants in their own treatment.

After years of working with ADHD patients in my practice, I created this resource to address a consistent need I kept seeing: the gap between knowing you have ADHD and understanding what that actually means for your brain, your treatment, and your daily life.

The program covers six core areas:

ADHD Neuroscience Foundations — Understanding the neurochemistry behind executive dysfunction, dopamine dysregulation, and why your brain operates the way it does.

Executive Function Assessment — Identifying which specific cognitive systems are most impaired for you, so you can target interventions more precisely.

Medication Evaluation & Management — A structured framework for tracking your medication response across six functional domains, giving you concrete data for provider conversations.

Emotional Regulation — Understanding emotional intensity, rejection sensitivity, and the shame-performance cycle that many adults with ADHD experience.

System Design Principles — Building friction-appropriate systems that match your actual constraints and cognitive patterns, not idealized neurotypical structures.

Clinical Communication — Preparing for diagnostic assessments and treatment conversations with precision, using structured worksheets designed by a psychiatric provider.

Each module includes worksheets and frameworks that move you from vague impressions to concrete data you can use in treatment planning.

Why I Created This

In my practice, I try to focus on precision psychiatry—understanding the specific mechanisms driving someone's symptoms and tailoring treatment accordingly. Even with excellent medication management and therapeutic support, patients often lacked a foundational understanding of how ADHD actually works at a neurological level.

This isn't about replacing therapy or clinical treatment. Many of my patients work with skilled therapists who provide essential behavioral interventions, executive function coaching, and emotional support. That work is critical. But there is a complementary need: accessible neuroscience education that helps patients understand *why* certain strategies work, *how* to evaluate treatment effectiveness, and *what's* actually happening in their brains.

When someone understands the dopamine dynamics behind task initiation, they can better implement behavioral strategies. When they grasp why rejection sensitivity is neurologically driven, they can engage more productively in therapeutic work. When they have a framework for evaluating medication across multiple domains, they can have more precise conversations with their prescribers.

Fully Wired helps fill that educational gap.

The First Two Modules Are Free (And Full Course Access When Cost Is a Barrier)

I wanted to remove any barrier to the most foundational knowledge, so the first two modules are completely free—no commitment needed.

Module 1: The Neurobiology of Adult ADHD covers the neurochemistry behind executive dysfunction and what it means for daily functioning. You'll understand why your brain works the way it does and what that means for treatment decisions.

Module 2: Mapping Your ADHD Profile helps you identify which cognitive systems are most impaired for you—planning, organization, impulse control, emotional regulation, working memory, or task switching. This assessment gives you a framework for understanding where you need the most support.

Even if you never continue past these first two modules, you'll walk away with a clearer understanding of your brain. That alone can shift the narrative from "I'm failing" to "my brain works differently, and here's why."

Cost should never be a barrier to education. If you're a therapist or client who would benefit from the full course but cost is a concern, please reach out directly. I'm happy to provide complimentary access to the entire program.

A Resource for Collaborative Care

For therapists and other mental health professionals reading this: I designed Fully Wired to complement the excellent work you're already doing with clients. The program provides the neuroscience foundation that can make behavioral interventions more effective and helps clients articulate their experiences more precisely in therapy sessions.

The structured worksheets can improve the quality of information clients bring to treatment planning. The medication evaluation framework gives clients concrete data to share with prescribers. And the system design principles align with the executive function coaching many therapists already provide.

If you have clients who would benefit from a deeper understanding of ADHD neuroscience to support their therapeutic work, Fully Wired is designed to fill that niche.

Getting Started

The program is self-paced, which means you can work through it at whatever speed makes sense for your life and schedule. There's no pressure to complete modules on any particular timeline. The goal is understanding, not completion.
